Welcome to the MISD Parent Connection. We have a new automated registration system in place.
Please read all of this information before you click on the Continue button.
- When you DO continue on, you will see a login page.
- Click the Register link on left side navigation bar or under the Remember Login checkbox on the main page
- Complete the form on the Preferred User Information page.
Note: You can select your own username; however, we request that you use your email address as your username. This will make it easier for us to support your account. Make SURE you type your email address correctly as this is required to activate your account.
The Display Name will be displayed when you are logged into the system on the left hand side.
- Type in a password you would like to use (7 characters or more)
- Type in the password again to confirm it.
- Click the Register link.
- At this point you will see a page that states that an email with your verification code has been sent to your email address. You have to access this email and click on the link to verify your account. This is why your MUST type in your email address correctly!
- Click on the link in the email to verify your code, your browser will come up to the login page with your User Name plus Verification Code filled in. All you have to do is type in your password, (included in the email) and click the Login button.
- Update the requested account information and then click on Update.
- You are now enrolled. You will need to know the following information in order to add a child or children: Campus, Birthday, Last 4 digits of Social Security # or the State assigned ID. Click on Find Student button.
- If the student is found click Add the Student beside your student’s name. The student will then be submitted for verification. Please allow 72 work week hours for the verification process before you will be able to see your child’s information.
- If you have ANY questions, click the Support tab on the upper right to submit your question or problem. We will attempt to address your problem as timely as possible. You MUST have provided a valid email address and/or phone number for us to contact you to help resolve your problem or concern.
